Getting it right comes down to the right fan for the space, a secure mounting and wiring that suits the controls you want. Where there’s no existing point, James adds a new wiring point and wall control, checking the ceiling space and your switchboard first. Covered outdoor areas need an outdoor-rated fan, and high or raked ceilings need planned access. He can supply the fan or install one you’ve already bought.
Each fan is secured to the timber, plasterboard or concrete ceiling, balanced and tested before handover. Fans that won’t start, hum or trip a circuit are traced back to the wiring or the controls.
